SV	Doch Hij, antwoordende, zeide: Er is geschreven: De mens zal bij brood alleen niet leven, maar bij alle woord, dat door den mond Gods uitgaat.

ASV	But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
BE	But he made answer and said, It is in the Writings, Bread is not man's only need, but every word which comes out of the mouth of God.

Darby	But he answering said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word which goes out through God's mouth.
